The Bahá’í International Community’s United Nations Office has produced its first feature film titled “Glimpses into the Spirit of Gender Equality”, to mark the 25th Anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action. The film shows the advancement of women at the grassroots in connection with the conversation unfolding at the United Nations over the past 25 years.
A public screening will be held online with UN actors, international civil society organizations, and government representatives. It will take place on

At the screening, a conversation will be facilitated where participants will be invited to offer their insights, experiences, and comments to help stimulate a discussion around the film and inspire deeper conversations on the importance of gender equality and the imperative to instill a sense of hope and optimism for humanity’s progress.
