Operations and Program Manager (Helsinki)
Reporting to the Network’s Executive Director, the Operations and Program Manager will oversee and lead the implementation of the Network’s Global Program and Strategy, supervise Helsinki-based staff and Regional Program Managers, oversee the Network’s financial, administrative and HR procedures and to act as the focal point for FCA and European based donors and partners.
Membership and Operations Coordinator (Washington, D.C.)
The Membership and Operations Coordinator supports membership development and member relations for the Network by implementing strategies and initiatives to recruit and retain members. The Coordinator serves as the first line of contact for prospective member inquiries and is critical in increasing engagement by current members. Additionally, the Coordinator provides administrative support to DC-based staff.
