Several PaRD members will contribute their expertise and insights to this consultation titled Cooption or Cooperation – A South African And German Dialogue in Tutzing, Germany on February 13th to 15th, 2019.
The consultation will reflect on the relationship and role of state and church in Germany and South Africa, but will also touch on global challenges in this regard. Participants from Germany, South Africa and international guests will reflect on the new challenges within a global context. Close attention will be paid to the role of civil society and churches in the formulation of Development Policy and priorities. The consultation will bring together participants from different disciplines and sectors to reflect jointly on opportunities and challenges. At the core of this format lies the experience sharing from different fields in order to strengthen dialogue, cooperation and networking.
